Escape the hospital

Eliminate 6 soldiers at the hospital archway
Land xx+ shots on the Man on Fire

This mission is essentially the truthful catastrophe of the game. Y'all'll be replaying the Prologue and learn what really happened.

To unlock this mission you must:

Consummate all other story missions (except duplicates such equally farthermost, subsistence and total stealth variations)
Consummate all of import Side Ops (the xanthous ones)
Complete all 28 platforms at Mother Base (build an FOB in online mode to speed things up)

Optional Objective

OBJECTIVE: Eliminate half-dozen soldiers at the infirmary entrance

When you reach the foyer, the front entrance volition be swarming with several soldiers (6 of them not including the two soldiers in the hall). Remain prone and get in as many headshots as possible. The suppressed gun has incredible stopping power, so it should take about 3-4 skillful shots (or ane headshot) to kill the enemy. Reflex is your friend!

OBJECTIVE: Land 20+ shots on the Man on Fire

Soon afterwards you've cleared the hospital lobby of the soldiers, accept their automatic rifles and fill up on extra ammo from the others. When the Fire Man shows up in the foyer, unleash i full clip on him (nearly thirty bullets) to score the objective.
